Beautiful Flores Island I do not know if this is the right place to do the review for a 3 hour tour of Flores, but we only had that few hours to spare before our flight. Our excellent tour guide was Francisco Pimentel, who spoke very good English, very knowledgeable about the geography and culture of Flores. He took us to many beautiful waterfalls, few spectacular calderas/lakes, and through nice landscapes/villages. I must say that Frank loves and he is so proud talking about his beautiful Flores island , and that makes him an excellent tour guide. Flores indeed is a picturesque Azores island that is a must see.

Amazing experience The views were amazing. Both islands are superb. Carlos is an absolut TOP skipper, flying through the waves, smoothless. Get over the 'fear' of the atlantic waves and just trust this team!!!

Day trip from Flores to Corvo I took the day trip from Flores to Corvo. First we explored the northeast coast of Flores and saw the magnificent cliffs and caves. Then we headed for Corvo. We stopped along the way to see the dolphins. Upon arrival in Corvo, I was taken to see the Caldeira. The views were breathtaking. Then I was driven back down the mountain to a lunch spot where I had a buffet lunch. Finally my guide took me into town and suggested some places to visit during the three hours before my boat departure. I had a lovely day out.

Esperienze indimenticabili Abbiamo fatto 2 tour con Ex OC : Scenic boat trip to Corvo e Waterfall and North Flores Tour. Per entrambi i Tour ci ha seguito Claudia, una guida giovane ma già molto esperta, ci ha seguiti con grande passione e competenza, aiutandoci in ogni occasione. Vi auguriamo di trovarla nei vostri tour!! I Tour sono imperdibili se volete avere una esperienza a 360 gradi dell'isola di Flores e di Corvo. Altra menzione speciale allo skipper Carlos, super esperto di mare e ci ha anche fatto molto divertire.

Ottimo transfer Ci serviva un passaggio da Ponta Delgada a Santa Cruz, sono stati da subito disponibili e molto veloci nei contatti per mail. Ci ha accompagnato Armando, che è stato molto puntuale e amichevole durante tutto il tragitto. Consigliato.

Perfecto ! La actividad de barranquismo fue genial gracias a Alvaro y Leonardo. Súper recomendable incluso para días ventosos como nos tocó a nosotros porque te olvidas de lo que hay fuera del barranco y el barranco es precioso. Además el reportaje fotográfico es estupendo !

Amazing tour and amazing company! Me and a friend have been in Flores for 4 days in August and we used this company's services every day: we could not make a better choice! We did their Green Wonder tour and it was really worth it: the guide Francisco was chill, funny and really passionate about the island and he answered to every curiosity we had about it. He let us play some music in the car during the trip and he let us discover Portugese music. The other days we used their transfer service to move within the island. When we booked this vacation we could not find a car to rent because there are very few in Flores: by using their transfer service we saved a lot of money (renting cars in Flores is really really expensive) and they tried their best to satisfy all our requests. Finally, I want to say that every driver we met (besides Francisco we met the owner and another guy) was super nice and professional. Very recommended!

Flores + Corvo islands We booked two activities with Experience OC: the Green Wonder and the Corvo Island (with guide) and we would certainly recommend them both. Francisco was our guide on the first one. He was knowledgeable about history, plants, and birds, was witty and his love for the island and nature was undeniable. The Tour was beautiful, and we really left feeling we understood more about the island and with a couple restaurant recommendations. The day spent in Corvo was rainy, foggy, and stormy. Leandro was kind, sweet, funny and he did everything in his power to keep the mood up, though my partner and I were delighted with the experience. Granted the weather made it difficult for us to seen much, but honestly do not let weather conditions deter you from booking the tour since seeing the Caldeirão full of mist was eery and magical. Even under the rain, and with the path full of mud, the trail was feasible. Due to climate conditions, we had to come back to Flores earlier than planned and had virtually no time to visit the village, but since the restaurant was full, Leandro made us visit the town anyway, hoping we would be able to sit and eat later, which we did. The way back to Flores through caves and waterfalls was lovely, and the heavy rain only added to the experience in my opinion. Despite not staying in Santa Cruz, we were picked up both days and on the second one, they were kind enough to let us keep our luggage in their office. If we were to come back, which we hope to do soon, we would contact them again, either for trying to visit Corvo under the sun or for other activities they offer (like canyoning). Fins aviat!
